Welcome one and all to the Chandler Motor Club!

Welcome to the new Chandler Motor Club. This is the official first post in the forum, as 'owner' of the new website I guess that's my privilege.  I encourage you to take her for a test drive, kick the tires, and let me know what you think.

It's a start of what I have been wanting for Chandler-Cleveland enthusiasts for a long time. One of my goals for this site is to be a central depository for all the Chandler-Cleveland memorabilia that we the community are willing to share.

In general there is so little information known about these cars, I am hoping this site can correct that. In fact in 1999 when we bought our first Chandler we did not even know much about it or that there was a club dedicated to these cars. Welcome to the new Chandler Motor Club. I've been hearing so much about ChatGPT's new image model. Grant, I'm not the biggest fan of AI-generated art or content, but I was curious to see how the image model could generate automotive engineering and mechanical style renderings. I'm sharing my first results. Pretty unbelievable. The level of detail is incredible. Zoom in to see for yourself. Certainly could be useful for automotive historians and collectors.

Just stopped at Buc-ee’s and I’m still trying to process what I just experienced 😂
This wasn’t just a gas station… it was a whole event. Wall-to-wall snacks, tons of pumps, merch everywhere, and brisket sandwiches.
Hands down the craziest (and oddly impressive) gas station I’ve ever visited!

I’ve always liked photos with some combination of planes, trains, and automobiles. I have a few with aircraft. Anyone have any others?

These are from 1910 at a flight of the Hamilton flying machine. I love the shot of the spectators in the White and Winton. You have to open the photo of the cars all the way up to see much of the White. The photo is an odd size that apparently doesn’t agree with this platform.

Here is installment #3 on the 1931 Model A Deluxe Roadster we acquired last fall.

Apologies for the pictures of aged Poloroids but here is the cat when found around 1973. The kid stepping on the runningboard is my pal Rick, now 65. The tallest gent to the right is his dad. The following pictures are the car in restoration roughly 1975 - 1978.

They had a pro weld in a couple patch panels but did all mechanicals, body and paint at home. A local club member who did upholstery installed the LB interior.

The last pic is a favorite I-84 driving through Hartford, CT around 1979.

We know this car was always Washington Blue based on chalk marks from the factory inside the door.
