This had me rolling. Figured you all might get a kick out of this.🤣
Great video. I've been contemplating getting a used Taycan and this video convinced me that I need one. Love the styling. I was concerned about the driving dynamics. Also, in terms of the used market, seems like the Taycan is a good value. Also kind of interesting that there are two gears. Seems like smart engineering. I'm wondering if other EVs will follow this.
Left the house with an empty trailer and came home with some cool old junk.
It's a 1928 Model A Roadster. Not a straight panel on it. Good hotrod bait.
The fenders will go to a friend of mine, the rest is for me.
I'm thinking about a 1930s Gow Job with skinny tires and a hopped up 4-banger.
I found another roadster tub, buried in a corner that will be coming home when I can dig it out. It's in worse shape than this but someone will have a use for it.
This young man made my day yesterday at the Belltown car show. He was hanging out with his Orient buckboard all day, and let me tell you, he knew his stuff. He knew all about it. He knew how to start it. He would occasionally walk around to the other cars parked near him and was checking them out with genuine interest. It was great. And they say the hobby is dying. Psshh!
Hood ornaments, hood mascots, radiator mascots… whatever you call them, some of these were miniature works of art.
From elegant and understated to completely wild, sculptural, and imaginative, automakers once treated the front of a car like a canvas.
Which one is the best? The most beautiful? The most creative? The most artistic? The one with the most personality?
🏆 Which one gets your vote for best hood ornament/mascot ever?
🎨 Which is the most artistic or beautifully designed?
🤯 Which is the most unusual or imaginative?
❤️ And which one would you actually want sitting on the hood of your own car?
Two buds in a RumbleSeat at Pebble on Thursday morning tour!
Christmas in August. New Lexus LX600 for me. Woo. Hoo.
What is the general consensus about Peerless trucks? Should i adopt the role of Peerless club pariah? We have been rebuilding the first one of two for some years and are nearly there. The problem is that another project has reared its head which is very exciting and time is always at a premium.
