Another Update of the Auxiliary Unit
I have been very busy in the workshop continuing machining the worn out parts in the auxiliary unit .
I posted the first 3d adaptive milling operation a couple of weeks ago and now I am following up with the second operation with the billet flipped over and a finished profile complete, bolt holes next, then separate the cap, drill two oil holes and finally machine out the big end and counter bore for the rollers, this will all be 0.004" undersize so that it can be ground after hardening.

I'm going to do a separate thread on our specific experience showing a car and what happens during the day. But I was still able to get a bunch of photos of the other cars so here they are.
Start off with some 1950s coachbuilt Ferrari. I'm a fan of the V12 coachbuilt stuff. And there were some nice ones.

This Is How You Build A Tasteful Street Rod
I love everything about this 1935 Ford. The color, the upholstery, engine bay. I wouldn’t change a thing. No crazy paint, no Chevy crate engine etc.
If this guy can do it, why can’t the rest of them?
