mistake avoided
Working from the scan we produced the model, then from the model we produce a 2d drawing, from this 2d drawing I can see that the ports are not level and that the top left one is low, the blown up selection of the drawing shows the actual dimensions,.... looks like we scanned one with a core that had moved. you must check check and check again

Peerless Make at Pebble Beach
Guys, I was wondering what Peerless models were on the showfield at Pebble Beach over the years? Jeff, I believe you posted (AACA forum) a couple cars that were there in 2008 when I believe Peerless was featured. I also think there was one in 2018. It would be great to have a thread that goes all the way back to the first year of the PB Concour d’elegance and captures every Peerless that made an appearance and have photos and history about each if it is known.

The Sunset Motor Company operated several Cadillac and Hupmobile stores in Washington State during the early 20’s. Their main dealership was in Seattle. These photos are from around 1920. Unfortunately, I don’t have any showing Cadillacs in the showroom. Still an impressive looking dealership.

Pretty cool. The 1962 Oldsmobile speedometer uses a "thermometer" or ribbon-style display that changes color as speed increases. Of course, easy to accomplish with digital displays, but this was pretty cool for the time.

Peerless Two Power Range Eight
Jeff to guess the year. I'm thinking 1920 ish. The 1907 is clearly wrong. Prices range from 2700 to 3700 dollars. Not cheap. Perhaps Jeff or someone else can enlighten me what is meant by "Two Power Range".

Wasn’t it just last week that I requested trucks get smaller? They seem to have gone in the wrong direction. Look at this nonsense. It’s two feet longer than my prep station. Somebody’s compensating for something….

Not something that was produced by Chandler but maybe made to display in a dealership? Never seen one like this. Even the frame might be original.👍

Searching for a UX-2 Carburetor
Hello all. "Newer" Peerless owner as my Dad had a 1930 6-61A that I inherited and have finished the car (minus the carburetor). Anyone know where I can find either another UX-2 Stromberg or what will work as a replacement? Thank you!

1935 Pierce V-12 roadster. Chicago auto show car. Was light yellow when new. The photo was taken at The Hershey Hotel Elegance in 2015. Wonderful car in a totally incorrect color scheme, but the ladies loved it. We called it “the trophy machine” as it won everywhere it went.
