What a spectacular car. 1956 Maserati 300S. This view does so much justice.

1990s supercars were already weird, but this one feels like it drove straight out of an alternate timeline. A 1991 Isdera Imperator 108i Series 2 is headed to auction in Miami on February 27 through RM Sotheby’s: https://rmsothebys.com/auctions/mi26/lots/r0046-1991-isdera-imperator-108i-series-2/

Nissan might be bringing back the Xterra in 2028! Dealers say it’s “radical looking” with a no-frills, rugged focus. Confirmed: 2-speed transfer case with 4Lo, plus an electrified powertrain. It’ll share a new U.S.-built body-on-frame platform with a new Pathfinder, Frontier, and Infiniti variants.  https://www.thedrive.com/news/nissan-xterra-arriving-in-2028-alongside-body-on-frame-pathfinder-and-infiniti-variants

The new 4Runner style is growing on me. Initially, I didn't like the new design at all. It felt like they really neutered some of the aggressive styling. But slowly I'm starting to really dig the new look. Waiting for more reviews and feedback on the new platform. In particular, the new 4-cylinder turbo engine.

Interesting Pierce Arrow just posted (by me) to the Marketplace.  A  largely original V12 club sedan which has been partially disassembled.   Ask is 39k.   Thoughts?

5 Rare Thunderbird models. Personally I would take the F-Bird, but these are all unique. Did not realize they made a tri-power T-bird.

1928 Packard 5-26 Coupe 2/4 Passenger

This Packard is nearing completion and should be ready by March. The motor has been fully rebuilt by previous ownership, so the heart of the car is strong and ready for the next chapter.

Will be offered at $29,500, which I believe is a fair and sensible number for a rebuilt engine Packard you can drive, enjoy, and improve rather than just stare at, although I do like to stare at it.

Oh the title...in transit with an assigned VIN number.

Production of the Bugatti Bolide is officially done. 1578bhp track-only and this baby blue one is the very last Bolide ever built. That’s it… no more. The aesthetics might not be for everyone, but what a crazy example of automotive engineering and design.

RIP Ed Iskenderian, “Isky” (1921–2026). If you’ve ever been around hot rods for more than five minutes, you’ve heard the name. One of the original hotrodders from the 1940s, a WWII veteran, and one of the first guys to turn custom high-performance engine parts into something you could actually buy. He also helped found SEMA, which is just wild to think about when you look at how big that world is today.

He passed away yesterday at 104. Hot rodding wouldn’t be what it is without him.🏁❤️
