Great photo! Key thing is be able to accept the cosmetics as is and not get in to bright work, paint and interior. A car with the original family is a very cool thing.
@alsancle thanks the photo is of our 1929 Chandler Model 65. All original, down to the grease pencil numbers on the block that match the car's serial number. It will stay original.
Sounds like a great find. Hopefully he is willing to undertake saving the car, even if it would be a labor of love in the end.
