Cool! How does the driving compare? Roughly the same?
The new Tesla is 6 years newer than my X and dive quality is much better! Full Self Driving has been flawless even in traffic (in a blinding storm). I’m absolutely loving it!!!
The Full Self Driving is a monthly subscription, right? Do you think this is novelty? Do you think you'll actually use it often?
I've been eyeing a new Model Y since they were introduced last year. Looking forward to lots of reports! Not sure I can spring for the YL but I'm all ears.
Did you pay for full FSD or does the YL come with it as a promotion?
I purchased the Launch Edition Model Y L which comes with FSD for a year. Then it’s $99 a month - I will gladly pay for this feature as I’m sure I’ll be hooked!
When you get in your Model Y with your hands full and step on the brake, does it close the driver‘s door for you? It is little things like that I noticed missing on the 3/Y that made me like them a lot less. Current plan is to drive my 2020 X as long as I can, splitting miles with my Ford F-150 Lightning. Maybe trade for a newer X if need be.
I do miss the automatic doors! The model Y has manual closing doors. This is my only negative from moving from the X to the Y.

Plaid went away with the S & X, although there are rumors of it coming back for the Model 3 and Y.

Loving it! Just started playing with Grok which is integrated into the car.. now i can control navagation, climate control, music, as well as ask it anything.. Even had it look up flights and show them on the browser on kayak.com! So crazy!!!
