Jean-Philippe Duval has a rare talent—he doesn’t just restore Porsche 356 interiors, he makes them feel like they never left. While some chase factory-perfect restorations, he’s after something more real: craftsmanship that feels effortless, like it was always meant to be. He tears everything down, studies the old stitches and seams, then rebuilds with the same care as the originals—only better. No harsh lines between old and new, just pure, timeless work. Jean isn’t just restoring cars. He’s keeping their soul intact. #porsche

A true masterpiece of automotive history, the 1925 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Jonckheere Coupe, commonly known as the Round Door Rolls, is one of the most striking examples of custom coachbuilding. Originally bodied as a Hooper Cabriolet, this Phantom I was later transformed in Belgium by Jonckheere Carrossiers in 1932 into an aerodynamic Art Deco marvel.    Its most defining features include:   • Massive round doors with scissor-style windows   • A streamlined fastback design with a vertical tailfin   • A bold reworked Rolls-Royce grille for a sleeker profile   • A 7.7L straight-six engine producing 108 hp    Despite mixed reactions from traditional Rolls-Royce enthusiasts, the Round Door Rolls has captivated audiences worldwide, earning concours awards and eventually finding a home at the Petersen Automotive Museum after a meticulous restoration. Today, it stands as an icon of luxury, craftsmanship, and automotive excess, ensuring its place as one of the most unforgettable Rolls-Royces ever built. #rollsroyce

Weird Wheel Wednesday? The 1962 Ford Seattle-ite XXI was a futuristic concept car that embodied the space-age optimism of the early ‘60s. Unveiled at the Seattle World’s Fair, this wild design study featured an interchangeable power unit capable of using a gas turbine, atomic energy, or a fuel cell—decades ahead of its time. Its striking, jet-inspired aesthetic included six wheels (four front wheels for improved handling), a panoramic bubble canopy, and an advanced navigation system that foreshadowed modern GPS.    Though it never made it past the concept stage, the Seattle-ite XXI showcased Ford’s bold vision for the future of transportation. Today, it remains a fascinating “what if” from an era when anything seemed possible.
