More Interesting cars at the RM Sotheby's auction in Hershey Pennsylvania held from Oct 10-11th.    A 1916 Locomobile Model 48 Series 6 Coupe by Locke & Company from the Adderley collection.  Mr Adderley was a well known collector who amassed a huge collection of various collector cars.    The Model 48 Locomobile was powered by a 525 Cubic Inch straight six engine.  All bodies were custom to some extent.  This car carries  very rare and interesting 2 passenger coupe coachwork.   A largely original car that has been updated with some paint and interior work over the years.  Estimate was 100 to 150K.  Final total sale price with commission was $ 104,500.
