1937 Packard Super Eight Victoria. Largely original car. I'm a fan of the Victoria body style (although not everybody is). Nice color.

Great looking car. I am also a Victoria fan

Hmmm camera angle or is this Packard attempting to wink? Looks like some alignment help is needed for headlights and accessory lights.
+3 on the Victoria bodystyle.
Nice looking car!

290 Mercedes Cabriolet A. Basically a baby 500K Cabriolet A. 6 banger. Nice car but I told them to put the top up as it looks much better. Those double tops don't fall.

I really like this Duesenberg. The Murphy body has covered windows and the cowl comes through the interior. Later 17" wheel car with swept needle instruments.

Sold for $1,022,500 all in. This was exactly what I expected given the condition. Very cool car but it needed a lot off love.

I can't tell you how much I love this RR. An english Phantom I chassis with a Dietrich body placed on it in the 1930s. Colors are not horrible and it needs the usualy sorting and cleanup. But I see a lot of potential.

Beautiful! I want one.

Sold for $123,500. Beautiful car that needs some love. Full length hood and low windshield. Way back when there was bragging rights to the English chassis. Dietrich body was awesome.
·· 3w
Hope the buyer has no surprises and it is a good car.
·· 3w
John, the surprise will be if he doesn't spend a pile of money.

Brunn bodied Lincoln K. Older or original interior. Very cool. Have never driven one to compare with a Packard but love the styling.

I feel like the 443 platform doesn’t get the love some later 7-8 series examples get, but I love those big 443’s
·· 3w
John, cool car in bad colors. But you are correct, 443 doesn't get enough love.

Duesenburg model J in the Hyman tent. I love the 19 inch wheels with the wheel discs. It’s a very pretty color.

I’m gonna do a standalone topic on this. But you will never see three of these together like this. The only body style missing is the roadster..

Huge fan of the color combo on this rollston Packard

You and my dad would’ve got along great.

$128,800. absolute deal of the auction. For some reason they had to push it over the block which didn't help. I know the owner and he said he drove the car all the time and it ran great.
·· 3w
That’s a serious car for not too much money
·· 3w
Absolute bargain given the provenance. Condition was run down but savable. The key was liking the colors.
Changing the tires and top color would do wonders to the existing paint colors.
