Here's a cool walk around video. There's lots of photos of this car, but not a ton of video content. I've always heard that the ride is atrocious. Very stiff. Virtually no legroom. But I agree on the design and performance. The S7 is definitely puts the super in supercar.
It also had some pretty wild aerodynamics for its time. The body, underbody, and massive rear diffuser were designed to generate serious downforce without relying on active aero. Saleen claimed it could actually generate more downforce than the car weighed at high speed.
And with a 550hp, 7.0 liter V8 pushing around a 2,750-pound car, it had a pretty ridiculous power-to-weight ratio for the early 2000s.
