Corvette with Excalibur styling.

Wonder if that's one of Dwain Kremyr's builds. He was selling the CAV GTs for a while.

I've never seen a MKII replica before.

Those are pretty cool but they are different than the RM car which looks to be closer to the original.

The RM car is listed as a CAV GT but I think there's lots of room in those builds for a customer to make changes. I like the car in the auction better than the one shown on the CAV website.

Dwain builds the more classic style GT 40s:

Here is my Ford GT story (not GT40).   Maybe 25 years ago I had a gym buddy who quit his marketing job and opened a Moe's burrito place.   While I knew him he was up to 3 stores.  Anyways,  he bought a Ford GT for like 90k when they were a few years old and was telling me how the value was gonna skyrocket.   I tried to tell him that every instant car collectible eventually tanked.  76 Eldo convertible, 78 Vette pace car, ZR1, etc.  He ended buying 3 of them and stuffing them in his 3 car garage on lifts.    Boy was I wrong about that one.

No supercharger from the factory?   Is it that big a deal?  How does it impact the performance of the car?

Need to ask an Auburn guy but you don't get the supercharger whine which is worth something for sure.

I like the low roof line on these Dodges. I like it in brown too.

Anybody make a bad looking car in 1934?   I like the brown also.  But "hang around brown" is funny.

@BillSmith  Short answer:  No.

I think I would take this over a 34 Ford,  please don't shoot me.

Nice.  Love the wheels.

76 was the only year of the gold honeycomb.  The snowflake didn't arrive until 1977.

Prefer the Z but I would happily settle for this car.

Those wheels weigh a ton.

But they look great!

What the hell is that?

Built like a Mack truck.

😂

I thought you were a sidemount guy?

😂This proves the point that you can have too much of a good thing.
