There are a few cool cars in that auction. This 383 Four Speed Charger is one. I had the almost identical car with the HEMI 30 years ago.

Those are pretty cool but they are different than the RM car which looks to be closer to the original.

The RM car is listed as a CAV GT but I think there's lots of room in those builds for a customer to make changes. I like the car in the auction better than the one shown on the CAV website.

Here is my Ford GT story (not GT40). Maybe 25 years ago I had a gym buddy who quit his marketing job and opened a Moe's burrito place. While I knew him he was up to 3 stores. Anyways, he bought a Ford GT for like 90k when they were a few years old and was telling me how the value was gonna skyrocket. I tried to tell him that every instant car collectible eventually tanked. 76 Eldo convertible, 78 Vette pace car, ZR1, etc. He ended buying 3 of them and stuffing them in his 3 car garage on lifts. Boy was I wrong about that one.

This should be able to find a home. They bring it from auction to auction. I guess the question is "what is the discount for no supercharger?". My guess is about 250K which is probably where the problem lies.
