These compact white plastic snap cases were common advertising giveaways in the 1960s and 70s.  Lots of companies had stuff like this.   I'm leaning more 70s than 60s but impossible to know without more info.

There is a word for collecting in the smoking arena:  Tobacciana.  No idea how to pronounce it.   Had an uncle that collected pipes.   Think they got tossed when he passed away.
