I found it difficult to do video work if I was by myself so I decided to invest in Meta glasses. Here’s the result.

I'm not much of a tech guy so what do they do besides video?

Sounds like a go-pro:
Meta smart glasses—such as the Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta collections—are AI-powered wearables that let you capture hands-free POV content, listen to audio, and interact with an assistant. They feature built-in ultra-wide cameras, open-ear speakers, and voice commands

My son in law wears a pair and I gave him some crap about it but the reason is that the glasses have open-ear speakers built right in so sound is actually really clear — but you can still hear everything around you. So he uses them when he is cycling or running because it is less dangerous.

One of the things you can do with them is walk around a car show and act smart. They are hooked to AI so you can ask it a question about what you are looking at and it will returns results. So some obscure car is quickly identified without every getting out your phone.
No idea how well this works but google told me that.

What a great use case. Definitely gives the best possible point of view as a driver. Very cool, and thanks for sharing.
