Some cars are worth the wait.

Bizzarrini just brought a 60-year-old Giugiaro design to life with the new 5300 Aperta Lusso. Classic Italian styling, a naturally aspirated 5.3L V8, available manual transmission, and just 10 being built!

I’d happily spend an afternoon just listening to that V8 along the Italian coast.

"Available manual transmission"? Shouldn't it be standard? We have a friend with a Bizzarrini so have got see one in person but not had a ride yet. They are very low.

I saw a red one of these at Hershey years ago. They are very low to the ground. I think powered by a 327 Chevy?

Google answered my question. 327 with 365 to 385 HP and 180 MPH top speed. And to @alsancle 's point, all were sticks.

Beautiful car.
The Italians certainly know about style.

Bizzarini was also responsible for the Iso Griffo.
