Transmission cover installed.
Pedal shafts and upgraded band springs installed.
Ball cap bearing installed.
Oil screen with magnet installed.
Magneto post with accessory oil feed line installed.
Going to be ready for installation soon.

The Model T suppliers have exchange transmissions for something like $1500 but I doubt they go into as much detail.
That's also just the core of the transmission, it's up to the owner to remove and reinstall.
When we did the transmission in my Royale (a Clark 425T Four Speed) the 2nd gear was chipped and also herringbone. So just that gear was 2500 to get made. That was 10 years ago. So nothing is cheap but 1500 for exchange transmission that might be usable is a bargain!

The $1500 is providing no major parts are worn out.
Considering the newest Model T is 99 years old, I'm betting they see very few that don't have major parts worn out.
