Well one of my bucket list cars was posted to the Marketplace with an ask of 11k. Thank god shipping from Texas makes it an even worse idea that if it was next door.
Have always loved the Jaguar MKIV saloons and the 3.5 stick with LHD is the one to have. This one has a stuck engine and is largely original with needs. In other words a bottomless pit. I still Love it!

John, looks like RHD. The LHD 3.5 is very very hard to find. I see one maybe once every other year. Nice colors though.

The LHD with the big engine is definitely hard to find. @gtcole owns one of these and he an probably give us more insight. I have never driven or sat in one. But I just love the way they look.
Same engine as the XK120?
No. It is a 3.5 Liter straight six but is overhead valve with dual carbs and dual exhaust. The XK120 is same or similar displacement but twin over head cams and much more HP.
Can you get it with bigger headlights?
Actually great lines all around. Sounds like plenty of power for an elegant but not huge looking car.
Steve, have never even sat in one. Probably disappointing compared to the XK120 but the looks are great. In the later MK cars they used the XK engines.
Reminds me of prewar big MG that we talked about in a different topic.
