Stunning car.
The little history write-up is very interesting. Lansdowne Park was actually in Richmond, B.C. A suburb of Vancouver.
I grew up in Richmond, B.C. and Lansdowne Park was and still is a shopping mall but the logo on the doors was a group of racehorses.
I know of three Duesenbergs in the Vancouver area. Two that I restored and one other that I haven not seen yet but I'm trying to.
When I was working on the other two, there were several old-timers that kept telling me stories of another Duesenberg in Vancouver. I wonder if J-560 was the car they were talking about.
I knew about Babe Ruth and his Moon being in town, now I know we had Clark Gable with his Duesenberg.

Sam Mann is one of the all time great prewar car collectors.  I think he has won Pebble Beach Best of Show 3 or 4 times.   Those other cars in the auction are great too.      I want the Model G Dupont.
