Has anyone driven a Mercer? I am wondering how it feels with their longer stroke 4cyl which is supposed to be more torquey but it is still a 4. They were noted to have impressive performance in the day....There's one for sale in the northwest corner of my state but not ready with the room yet.

Message Mercer09 on the AACA. He might be the guy to ask. Had a friend who was very interested in the Stan Lucas car but did not win it. I would be interested to know also. There are some very cool early 20s cars that don't get the attention of the prewar WWI cars and the 1929-1942 cars.
