1911 Model T Triple gear bushings reamed to size and chamfered.
Bushing fit on the pins is 0.002" as per Ford specs for new parts.
New drum bushings pressed in.

Nice work Shawn! What machine tools do you have in the shop besides the lathe? Have a friend with a shop that got very lucky with some heavy duty equipment that he got for nothing. The transportation of the stuff cross town was more expensive than what he paid because the stuff was so big and heavy.

I have a 14 x 40 lathe, a Bridgeport knee mill and I recently picked up a Nibbler reciprocating machine which is like a Pullmax.
Transport can be an issue. I used my neighbour's Bobcat to move the mill into the shop and it was right at the limit of what the machine could pick up.

The size and weight of some of the machines was crazy. Wray Schelin in Charlton MA has collected some insane metal shaping tools. I wish I could find some pictures. His website doesn't seem to show any.

I'm friends with Wray on Facebook. He does some really interesting work. I'm sure he would have a Pullmax.

Having some level of machine skills is so important to a good mechanic. When I was younger, there were machine shops everywhere but also many of the mechanics could do simple machine work. It is nice to see there are still some guys out there that can do this work.
