This had me rolling. 🤣

Don't look at me, all my kids can drive a stick.
@alsancle
My three, born 1977, 1979, and 1984 all can drive sticks.

@alsancle mine born in 1999 can drive stick and right hand drive to boot. BTW he can also drive and build a Model T 😎

@Chandler-Six Hey! This isn't a contest. But if it was you win on the Model T. I'm convinced I would run one of those in to a wall.

Not exactly true. I’m one of the eldest milleniaIs but I could drive a manual transmission long before I ever drove my first automatic. Most of my current vehicles are manual as well.

@Hupp31 You are an exception to the rule. Generally most people born after 1970 have never touched a stick unless they owned a Japanese car at one point.

@59SilverWraith My older sister still daily drives a manual. Last year she had to bring her car in for emissions testing and the kid there had to have her pull the car into the bay for him. Imagine the embarrassment, having to get a 50 year old woman to move the car because he couldn’t. 😂

@Hupp31 😂
With self driving technology coming of age maybe it won't matter but the number of younger people without drivers licenses is unbelievable. Never mind driving a stick. We couldn't wait to get ours when I was in HS.

@Ralph71 According to Progressive insurance in 1983 80% of all 18 year old's had a drivers license. In 2021 that figure had dropped to 60%.
