As a fan of all independent brands, I’ve always liked Nash. In particular, they’re bigger cars from the 20’s and 30’s. I have some photos of a 1920’s Nash dealer with an Ambassador in front and an earlier big touring car in the service department.

Another of a roadster leaving the service department and the showroom.

I’ve been unable to find a match for the well-used touring car that is to the left of the Exchange Dept. entrance.

@Hupp31 Great photo but that touring car is especially cool.

@alsancle I love that touring car. That thing saw some battle, by the looks. That dealer was in Spokane, WA so it must have seen some rugged duty once it got out of the city.

I want that dealership building as a man cave. Wonder if it survived?

@alsancle I’ll have to look into that. I thought I had looked it up at some point but can’t remember exactly.

@Hupp31 I know I've seen these pictures at AACA and pretty sure also a more modern picture of the storefront.

@NewOldWood I thought I remembered pictures of a modern storefront being posted as well but I can’t remember where. That might have been a different dealer though, I have photos of several and the memory gets foggy.

@NewOldWood If it is in Walt's thread good luck!!!

@Hupp31 I'm sure I've seen this same set of pictures. There was a lot of discussion in the thread about the ID of the car in the bottom center picture.

@NewOldWood I’m thinking the modern photos were of the Seattle branch of the Sunset Motor Company. This building was that company’s Spokane branch prior to these photos. I’ll start another thread for the Seattle store because those photos are some of my favorites.

@NewOldWood

@Hupp31 Could be. I found your thread at AACA with the same pictures posted here but nothing newer of the storefront.

@NewOldWood That’s right, it would have been the thread trying to identify the mystery touring car. Still can’t figure that one out. There are a lot that are close but not quite.

Fantastic photographs. Beams holding up that clear span are impressive.

The Hudson showroom in this dealership. Also what I believe is a Paige Detroit 670.

@Hupp31 Fantastic.
