This car is a bit of a handful to drive.

Love it! Seems late in the game to still be running a single lung but I understand there is a tour for those cars and the guys have a blast.
@alsancle A.J. REO and Brush were hold outs in the USA with the single cylinder engine. Brush went in to the teens I believe with a single cylinder offering.

I believe Reo also had a twin available in 1908.
There's a few Brush in our local museum but they're later cars. We must have had a dealer in our town because I've never seen three of them in the same place before.
Spent some time tweaking and adjusting the brakes to get as much mechanical advantage as possible out of the levers and cams.
This was originally assembled as a museum car so they just checked the "has brakes" box and moved on.
If it were in my shop, i would be taking everything off and building some new parts so the brakes would work really well.

A small work area with the basics. I have a friend in town I can lean on if I need some emergency fabrication done.
Anything major gets removed and sent home for overhaul or shipped to my shop whole.
I keep a few Model T pieces that are common andcan be swapped easily in inventory at home as well.
