Shawn, do you know if the owner is a member of the RROC? Do you think he would mind if you gave me the chassis # so I can add it to the PII Society list?
Beautiful car btw. Here is my PII starting video. You need to make sure the throttle is completely closed. This is for an AJS series car. Your is later but is probably the same.

@ShawnG Always turn the fuel off after runing the car. If you forget or it runs dry use the vacuum reserve. On your car its located in the same spot. Its about 1/2 a gallon and it will start the car and fill the vacuum tank.

I just put a hand vacuum pump on the suction port and pumped until I heard it cycle a few times.
Now I know better.
I'll make sure he knows to turn it off.

@ShawnG It took me 2 years to figure out how to start my car. When I first got the car starting was a nightmare. 4 or 5 years of practice and 1000 hours worth of work it would start in 30 seconds after sitting 3 months.

This is the PII that I lusted after. LHD AJS series car and one of 4 Special Newmarkets built. Gooding tried to sell it a few years ago at Pebble and it did not sell.
