Just stopped at Buc-ee’s and I’m still trying to process what I just experienced 😂
This wasn’t just a gas station… it was a whole event. Wall-to-wall snacks, tons of pumps, merch everywhere, and brisket sandwiches.
Hands down the craziest (and oddly impressive) gas station I’ve ever visited!
So how does that compare to a Pilot?
@alsancle Pilot is a great gas/diesel/convience/food stop. Bucc-ees is an amusement park.
You have to go to one to fully understand.

I first heard about them five or six years ago, visiting our sons in college in Texas. Then we stopped at one on our way back to catch a flight out of Dallas. I couldn’t believe it, and thought the concept was brilliant.
The bathroom had the cleanliness of a Ritz Carlton.
There are a lot of Tesla guys on Facebook complaining about Buc-ees for some reason. Seems not all the patrons are EV fans?
Now only the second largest Buc-ee's in the world. 75k square feet.
