Factory photo of the Cunningham factory in West Palm Beach Florida. Fantastic automobiles. I drive by the building to get to work every day. Until recently, it was totally unaltered and was still in the car manufacturing layout. Recently, it has become a 75 seat hair salon. Such is the fate of history. Always liked these cars.

I just tried to imagine what it would sound like in a 75 seat hair salon... 😆

Good job Ed. You gave me an excuse to post this video from when you were trying to convince @duseyguy to blow his money on this instead of the much better Duesenberg.

@alsancle Is that the Vignale body?

@alsancle - he should have bought both of them.

I remember back in 2013 these were a featured marque at the Lime Rock Historics. There was eleven street cars and three racers at the concours. Awesome cars.

@Hupp31 The idea and underpinnings on these cars is very cool. Its the eshetics that fail me.

@alsancle Oh, I don’t know. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the aesthetics when you compare it to the other Briggs Cunningham creation. That thing was just bizarre to see going around the track. It looks like a parade float.

@Hupp31 Fair enough. Looking again, the two on the left are not bad looking.

Another Cunningham from last year.

@Hupp31 I'll take this one.

· Apr 20

@alsancle I think we’d all take that one.

I was so close to buying one at Broad Arrow auction a few years ago!!!
