Jay Leno's review of the Slate EV. For those that don't know, this is the EV backed by Jeff Bezos. Really interesting market approach. Given the customization and price point, this seems targeted to the younger demographic. Seems like a pretty smart move. I have my reservation in.
Interesting. I think it is dorky looking but there are dweebs that will sign up. Also, the lack of 4 wheel drive is a big problem above a certain longitude.
I'm probably not the target audience but I do not find that truck appealing.
Why would I buy this thing when I can get a low mileage used Model 3 for the same money and not look like a dork?

If you are looking for an electric pickup you don't have a lot of choices and they are all expensive. The F150 E is now being canceled. The Rivian is expensive and has weird headlights. This is cheap and could possibly solve a market hole. Although as @alsancle mentions it doesn't look like a cold weather truck.
