I did not have this in my 2026 bingo card. It kind of makes sense though. Obviously Tesla is doing well with model 3 and model Y from the volume perspective. I need to read more about these robots.
I think you could see this coming for a long time, the S was a 14 year old design and the X was 11. A long long time in the car world for a model to exist. Both made up a small slice of overall sales with the 3 and Y taking up the lions share.
I'm disappointed but I guess all good things come to an end.
