The “Uncertain T” (sometimes called the “Uncertainty Bucket”) was pure 1960s show-car chaos in the best way. Built by Steve Scott in 1965, this radical custom Ford Model T turned a humble hot rod into a full-on rolling experiment in style, fabrication, and imagination. Peak era when “too wild” was the whole point. #hotrod

I have this vague recollection you could buy a fiberglass version of the body. The model was very popular with kids in that era.

@alsancle I do not believe there was a kit for the body but guys would build their own replicas. The original was fiberglass and so were most o the copies. There was one under a tarp in my hometown back in the late 70s.

Definitely an iconic hot rod from the late 60s. I had the model as a kid.

Buddy of mine and his dad built a T bucket when he was in HS. Running a 283 Chevy I believe. It was terrifying to ride around in.

@Rambler0155 We had one in town also, running a 327 vette engine and a four speed. The kid was older and I only saw it out a few times. No weight in it at all.

@BillSmith They were death traps Bill!
