This 1953 Hudson Super Wasp had been sitting in a building since 1979 untouched. I bought it from the estate of the former owner. It's 308 is running again and soon to be driving. After the brakes are refreshed. Believed to have had 3 owners. Benton county Washington car. i have registrations dating back to 1962. Notice the light up grill emblem. That is a factory accessory. You'll see it this spring at the Maple valley street rats Friday night cruise in beside Walmart in Covington WA .

Always liked those step down Hudsons. Does it have the Twin H?

@Royale835Sedan unfortunatly no. It has a pair of the Twin H air filters in the trunk but not the rest of it. Hoping to collect some parts for it soon. Need to find more Hudson people.

I like cars that ooze honesty. Good luck with your project.

@alsancle thankyou. Did the thermostat today and waiting on a water pump in the mail.,

Love it. Good luck.

As you might be able to tell, I prefer Buick, but always thought Hudson had a really cool vibe . Good luck with your project. Post some progress photos along the way.

You guys remember this movie?

@BuickGuy68 it doesn't look familiar to me but I was born in 1975 maybe my parents didn't let me watch it?

@59redwing
I believe we are talking about "Porkys"? 1981 so would have been a tad young to see that. I saw it at the drive-in with my girlfriend. Those were the days!!!

@Rambler0155
