1973 Pontiac Grand Am, Rare, 455 V8, Cold A/C

Description
When was the last time you saw one of these? This is likely the nicest example for sale anywhere. Very stock and original-appearing, and absolutely loaded. Runs and drives even better than it looks. Lots of details below. Tons more pictures and a couple videos available if you're serious about the car. Due to end of year timing, I've Priced it BELOW #3 condition via the Hagerty Valuation Tool:

* Professionally re-finished in its original color (Burnished Umber metallic). No rust, paint and body are excellent all over. Also comes with a new correct striping kit if you want to add a little more eyeball to the exterior.
* Absolutely loaded car, including:
* Power steering
* Tilt wheel with factory leather wrap in nice condition
* Power front disc brakes
* Power windows (yes they work)
* Power locks (yes they work)
* Power driver's seat (works)
* Reclining front and passenger bucket seats
* Optional tach and gauges (all work)
* Factory A/C (yes, it blows cold)
* Power glass moon roof (VERY nice, with a factory-style/show-quality installation)
* AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo system with under-dash controller & neatly installed sub box in trunk (nothing crazy)
* 15" Pontiac Rally II wheels with nice rings, caps, and all 4 new BFG Radial T/A tires
* All exterior lights work (parking, low, high beams, brake and taillights, all signals)
* All glass appears original, free of bad tint jobs, and in clean condition (few light marks here and there)
* Rear bumper has been rechromed, rub strip and rubber spacer is nice, and all stainless trim is very nice.
* Best of all, this car is powered by an excellent running Pontiac 455 V8. While not OEM, it's a clean and 100% stock-appearing install using a stout 1970 "YH" code 360 hp block, meaning it has tons of torque and will fry the tires when called upon. It is tuned well, starts easily even after sitting, and is smooth, powerful, and reliable. The transmission is a Turbo 400 automatic that shifts very firm through all gears. You can drive this Grand Am anywhere with confidence, all while catching rays via the power moon roof, staying cool with the cold AC, and listening to your favorite tunes via your phone.
* The interior is in nice condition, with a crack-free dash, working gauges and tach, and clean surfaces throughout. Brand new Lloyd mats cover the front floors, with matching loop pile texture and embroidered Pontiac Arrowheads. It shows just minor wear typical of a 69k car that has been well-maintained throughout its life, so it's not quite perfect, but certainly not anything that requires replacement unless your goal is to compete in high-end shows. The car came with sample materials from SMS Auto Fabrics in case you decide to upgrade carpet, etc. The unusual combination of deluxe neutral cloth is not something you'll likely ever see in another one of these.
* Pontiac guys will want to know about the molded urethane nose and front cap, as these are notorious for deteriorating and are virtual "unobtanium." Well, the one on this car is the absolute nicest piece you'll find. Zero issues.
If you're looking for something rare, extra clean, and runs and drives excellent right out of the box, with cold AC and tons of options, then this is one you really should come and see. Calls preferred (see contact button above).
