There has been discussion about this and the consensus was not much. The 33 has the slanted radiator shell, but between 31 and 32 there doesn't seem to be much in the way of visual distinction.
Also, the 163 units makes sense to me. I have seen production numbers for the Royale in the thousands but I do not believe it.
