All the new software available makes it a lot easier. I used Presto Photo and the hardest part for me was getting it to print correctly. A single copy is 50 bucks and you get discounts for numbers. I might do one for my Stearns too as I have a lot of information on that car.
Can we purchase a copy of your book for ourselves?
This is awesome and I'm impressed that the age we live in allows an individual to put something like this together on a great car, or really anything you might be passionate about. The time invested and the quality appearance of the product at that price point makes me want to do this with some things in my life (not just cars).
Once Pebble Beach is behind you, It might be interesting to see more details on the creation of this book, website and structure of what you submitted, your editing, revision and final approval to go to print.
I worry that your book won't get the judges full attention, they'll be staring at your car and telling you that is the best color they've seen on the field that day.
That is true John. They are under a lot of time pressure. They are familar with each car to some extent before they walk up to the car so they are not 100% cold. It is not necessary to have a book either. You could have nothing, or a few printed pages. I'll sticky note a couple of important pages. To me this is the most important one here.
