C6 Grand Sport vs C5 Z06 — best bang for the buck?

I'm in the market for a weekend warrior and I keep going back and forth between a C6 Grand Sport and a C5 Z06. Both can be found in the $25-40K range depending on miles and condition. The C5 Z06 with the LS6 is lighter and has that raw, analog driving feel that's hard to beat. But the C6 GS has the wider body, better interior, magnetic ride (on later models), and the LS3 is no slouch at 436 hp. I've driven both back to back and honestly they're closer than you'd think on a canyon road. The C5 Z06 feels more connected through the steering, but the C6 GS is more refined and livable. What would you choose and why? Bonus points if you've owned both!
