New Model Y or used Model S?

Hello,  I live in the North East and have been agonizing over which Tesla to buy.  Have test driven the 2026 Y as well as a 2025 S.  Spent a weekend with a Model 3 rental.  Have a number of friends with X's, 3's and Y's.   I'm in a quandary.     The Model Y as an SUV would be the smarter purchase.   List looks to be around 50K plus.   However, I really want a Model S.  Have looked at 2021 and 2022 low mileage cars in the 40-45k range.     Not as practical,  but much cooler!   Do any members have any thoughts on what I should be thinking about?    Also,  it would be  a stretch,  but a  Plaid would be my ultimate fan boy purchase.  I could probably swing this one:
