Engine is complete. I’ve not fiddled with it but I see no reason that it wouldn’t be running if somebody spent time getting her readied. The vacuume tank is disabled but I have two complete donor units with the car. Most importantly, the engine has the rare original REMY Generator and Starter. These are the hardest parts of a Kissel to get because these models were unique to Kissels.
