Mike,

    I have a set of top sockets that may work for your Dodge.  I do not know the origin.  I can work with you to see if they will fit, so here are some starting dimensions.  

This is my description of them.

Vintage convertible top sockets frame assembly              11-5-24

Convertible top sockets.  One pair.  From a 4 door vintage touring car.  Buick or Cadillac or the like.  Believe these to be between 1910 to 1930.  Steam bent wood bows would need to be purchased by the buyer.  I do have a guide that I can provide to help with creating a top for a touring car.  It explains how to fit the top bows into the sockets, and create the entire top assembly.  Use these dimensions to determine applicability.  Measure your touring car to ensure correctness as there is no return given the weight of the package.   

Please note that the base pivot on one side is slightly different from the other.  The rest of the parts seem identical.  These are good quality top sockets to use as is or to modify.  They have been stripped of paint.  Adding a top to a touring car will greatly increase it’s value, appearance, and useability.   The following link explains how to install a top assembly.
