Lincoln 1932-39 V12 replicated Auto-Lite IGM-16 rotors

After two years for searching for a NOS Auto-Lite IGM-16 rotor and not finding one I decided to do a limited run of IGM-16 rotors. These rotors are made from a nearly unbreakable polyurethane (you will not break one with normal usage). They come with a new conductive graphite button .050” longer than stock and a new spring. These are made in a very limited number and will not be available forever. If you need one now is the time to pick one up. You will get a rotor very similar to the one pictured here. These are quality rotors, the fit onto the distributor shaft is a nice push fit, no wobble. You can see the parts that make up the rotor above, nicely machined and soldered together, when finished and oven curd at 180 degrees each rotor is machined on a rotary table to the correct diameter, this also insures that the rotor is concentric with the distributor shaft. would it fit a 668c delco dist.??

Hi Ken

I have no idea, the shaft it fits is .625" if that helps. I will post the diameter of the contacts a little later today, just now running off for a few hours.

It would be great to have some of the critical dimensions, it looks like it might replace NE 5033469 used in 33/34 Packard Eight and Super Eight, and in short supply. No offset between the two ends, exactly 180 degrees apart?

I took a few measurements this morning, these are all close and may not be exact but you should be able to see if this will work for you. If anyone has a rotor that is in short supply I would consider doing a run of them, maybe 8-10 minimum. It's a lot of work to get them to the finish line. All of the brass has to be milled to size, width and length, radius cut, spot faced for the tube, soldered etc. Then making the mold and the rest of the process.
