Sleeve Valve Engine Sleeves, Pistons, Rods

I realize that these are obscure parts, but can I get some advice on the approximate value of a full set of 4 plus an extra used but decent condition inner and outer sleeves and rods with pistons. Bore is 80mm. Caps for sleeve rods are missing. The two that I've attempted to free up did so with relative ease after soaking in the parts washer overnight.Thanks for any help you can offer.Mark

Sleeves vary in height, location and size of ports as well as oil holes. Let us know they type of car. I have a few parts but can't help without more information.
