I asked him, for example, about a starter for my '47 Packard Super Clipper, these being the only cars in the '40s to retain the quality of a gear reduction starter from the '30s, and Don had four (4) of them on one of his hundreds of shelves in an aircraft-factory sized warehouse.

No website, but Don has instant recall of every blooming part in his staggering inventory.

I'm sure shipping a bumper from Fremont, CA to Florida can't be that much. I've shipped fenders, bumper parts for decades. A bumper can even be shipped parcel post, as well as UPS, FedEx Ground, etc. Don'll take care of you. He's a legend amongst NorCal old car folk, knows his stuff.

You've got a rare car. Does it have the infamous one-year-only Liquimatic transmission? In '42, Lincoln bored that block to 305-ci, but had trouble, went back to 292-ci after the war. How's yours?
