Deleted Post for 1940 LaSalle Convertible

I noticed my posting was deleted. I know my car is not a CCCA classic, 1940 LaSalle Convertible Coupe, Model 52,however, a l940 Buick Super 8 for $1900, certainly isn't a CCCA classic, either. The Buick posting was not deleted. What is your rationale for deleting some non-CCCA classics and leaving other postings?

I guess your timing was not very good. Effective the day after you made your post, this Forum got a new Moderator. The announcement is elsewhere on the "CCCA General" area. After three or more years doing this, I though I deserved some relief. I'm tired of putting out fires several times a day.

Our new Moderator deemed your post to be more appropriate in the AACA Buy-Sell area, where he has moved it. I support his decision.

So what is your rationale for posting it here, when there is a very obvious banner that asks you not to do so? Just curious.

As chuck states, i did not delete your post, i moved it to an area where it will probably get better response for you, and be of more interest to the visitors in that area. I would have emailed you telling you why i was doing that, but since you posted this anonymously I had no way to contact you. I am not aware of the non classic Buick ad since it must be on a previous page and I really don't have time troll thru past threads, looking for things to move.

We welcome any and all ads for CCCA approved Cars and/or parts, but will move non appropriate ads to the appropriate venue. this is best for all concerned, really.
