40 Cad 60S Horn Button Wanted

New CCCA member. Need the black bakkelite back piece that attaches to the horn button on a 40 CAD 60S. Piece has three locking ears that hold the horn button in place. Mine has broken ear. Would also appreciate any repair advise on this part. Tried epoxy resin but don't seem to last. Thanks.
