Help Identify Gauges Please

I was told this was Chevrolet, I have no idea the year, of if it is even Chev. Can anyone help? I want to get it to someone wh can make use of it, but it is difficult to list it without knowing the year or make. Thanks.

Chevrolet had oval gauges like this in 1928 and 1929 mounted in a horizontal oval dash panel. They went to circular gauges in 1930. I am not 100% certain, but I suspect that your gauge is from one of those years.
