1937 IH truck

I heard about this truck. So I found it's location and took these two pictures.

I have begun a conversation with the owner about the ATT truck. I am interested in acquiring the truck. I hope there are some board members that could help me value the truck. I know that evaluating the truck has multiple variables. Going into a conversation with her will ultimately lead to her asking me "how much would you give for this truck"? I have no clue on the value. Would anyone like to help me with this task? Thanks Jim

People will heLp you with possible value but you need to provide answers to questions about it 1) does it run 2) when was it last run 3) condition of structural woodwork  4) brakes? 5) tires? 6) was it "restored" and if so how long ago 7) what is the paint used when it was restored?  wiring is ? good, bad, original ??

On limited info I would say both parties should be ok at around $5,000.  Truck appears to heve had a restoration at some point and stored away with no regular attention, assume a fair anount of mechanical servicing to wake it up and the unknown of any lurking mechanical issues.  I would respectfully explain that in my offer.

On the plus side, you get what appears to be a complete unit that likely will clean up nicely, and isn't another Ford, Chevy/GMC or Dodge.  

Reminds me on the same model within a year or so either way for sale when I was a kid.
