Outside rear view mirrors

A few years back, I remember a person was producing high quality outside rear view mirrors. I believe he was located out East and his name was Jay Fisher. Does anyone know what became of his company? Looks like he sells a lot of repo mirrors. The mirroes I saw at Hershey looked good.
