1950-52 (I dont recommend you accept a '53...looks too different from the earlier ones) were good years for Cadillac - shouldnt be too hard to find - strongly recommend you post your request in the CADILLAC LA SALLE section of this forum.
Remember, the "classic" era refers to luxury cars of pre-world war two era - what you want is a POST-war car, and that club has much of its focus on the era you are interested in documenting.
While many of us in the CLASSIC CAR CLUB OF AMERICA have a wide range of interests outside of the years of interest of the CCCA, your best chance for the widest contacts would be with the CADILLAC LA SALLE Club.
Good luck

Brenna,
This is another way to color the car that might work...
Local transit busses are frequently covered in a plastic or mylar covering that you can't tell from paint for ads. It worked so well that the local trolley is 'wrapping' the red trolly cars instead of repainting them, for approximately a quarter of the repaint cost. Apparently easily removed and fits like a... glove.
Cheers,
JMC
