Please identify this car

I came across this picture while working on my family tree. Most of my dad's family are car enthusiasts from way back, but not even Dad could identify this one. The picture isn't great, but I have digitaly enhanced it as far as my expertese will take it. (the original is a little 2" shadow-filled blob, so seeing anything is a miracle) I am intrigued by how large the car appears. It seems "supersized". The solid wheels should be a clue. (And ironically, we can't identify any of the people either. Probably from the mountains of NC or TN.)Let me know what you come up with! Thanks!Indy

It is very difficult to make out. To other readers, does the hood line look like an early to mid-1920's Packard maybe a 1923? Or possibly a later Buick? The body is very UN-Packard like, however, possibly the photo was taken in the 1930's and the body was modified? Any ideas?

1918-1922 Cole Aero 8? Sheerline body and Tuarc disk wheels look familiar, anybody agree?
