The following is a quote from the Minutes of the National Board of Directors Meeting held Friday, January 10, 2003: [color:"blue"] A motion was made and seconded to retroactively empower the Web Master and/or Moderator to remove posts or permanently ban anyone from the Discussion Forum whose comments they determined to be detrimental to the good order of the Club. The Board wishes to make it clear that inhospitable or rude behavior will not be tolerated on the Discussion Forums. It was further moved that the Web Master and/or the Moderator has the authority to publish information about any such action taken on the Web Site or Forum. Notice of such action would be sent to the National Board of Directors. This motion passed unanimously. There were no abstentions. It is particularly important to point out that this meeting consisted of Nationally Elected Directors plus all the Regional Directors who attended the Annual Meeting.
