The Cleveland was built from 1919 to 1926. The Cleveland was really just a small Chandler that was given its own name and its own factory. It featured the Chandlers overhead valve six in a shorter-wheelbase chassis. In January 1925 veteran race car driver Ralph Mulford drove a stock Cleveland six on the Culver City (California) Speedway for a thousand miles without an engine stop. His 14 hour elasped time broke the old mark by more than 2 & 1/2 hours. As for value, the factory prices ranged from $1295 to $2295 depending on body style. Estimated current values as of 1988 ranged from $2300 in condition 5 to $23,000 in condition 1 again depending on body style.
